How early should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 15 minutes early: we welcome you with a coffee or an herbal tea. If you are running late, we accept up to 15 minutes; after that, we will see whether we can still see you depending on availability.
Can I cancel or change my appointment?
Please review the official company policies (in Spanish) at clinicasirius.cl/politicas before confirming your booking. They explain rescheduling, cancellations and payments.
How many sessions do I need?
It depends on the treatment and your starting point. At the initial assessment we give you an estimated number and the expected result. If we see no progress halfway through, we rethink the plan.
I am pregnant. Can I still be treated?
Several treatments, yes, with adjustments; radiofrequency and peels, no. Let us know when you book: it goes into your record and our professional team adapts everything before you arrive.
What happens to my data and photos?
Your record is kept with access restricted to authorized staff. Progress photos require your signed consent, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
Do you treat men?
Yes, the entire catalog. There is no separate schedule and no different pricing.
